I'm Ruthie as you might have guessed from my blog address, and I do love culture. I am a young woman in my early 20's, 23 to be exact.Hopefully for the last few months I'm still a student in the University of Tartu in Estonia. I'm majoring in French language and literature, and I'm minoring in the theory of Theatre. It is interesting... I know! :)
But why did I start blogging while I should be focusing on my bachelor thesis?! Maybe because there's more in my life than my bachelor thesis! Blogging seems to be a great way to share my positive and sometimes negative experiences, to develop creatively and mentally, and even to release tensions in your body and mind. How come? I have always been a 'sharing is caring' type of person because it's somewhat a relaxation for me. By sharing things that have been bugging me and/or have made me happy can release physical tensions because if I'm mentally relaxed then my body's relaxed.
Also, my best friend asked me if I had ever though about it cause I always seem to know what to say to people in order to cheer them up or give advice or make them feel good.
Also, since I happen to have problems with my self-esteem being too low I think blogging is a pretty good way to improve it. It's a challenge! I like challenges though! It's all about picking yourself up and achieving all you want! :)
Although I'm gonna start by introducing the country where I'm from I am more gonna write about things that can make people happy. I also am gonna write about relationships... Being a culture lover I am going to review books, films and theatre pieces.
The second post will be named WHO AM I ! Interesting??!

Aaah, but WHAT IS ESTONIA?
Do you see that dark green spot on the map of Europe(and a bit of Africa)? This is Estonia. Estonia is a tiny northern country next to Russia, above Latvia and below Finland and Sweden. The area of Eesti as we call it is just 45,227 square kilometres. The population is just 1,3 million people.
I could tell you all that but being a visual person I think a video would present it better than I ever could.
